I always feel like i get mixed up on the feet when doing this. it was nice to be able to carefully watch then do it. it was able to memorize the steps in a way that i can remember. I'll be working with this video a lot.
I found it very helpful to watch the video once, saying the steps along with the video. The next two times I watched it, I marked the legs and did the arms full out along with the video. The final time, I did it without the video. This was super helpful in helping me really build the movements into my muscle memory. I repeated this technique for each of the combinations.
